2. A deadly pandemic is going to sweep the globe in 2017 and it isn’t influenza. While this novel pathogen has never been “seen” before, it has specific traits that make it highly successful. Look into your crystal ball to predict and describe this novel agent and the next pandemic. Suggested length 1-2 pages. In your description of the next pandemic include a discussion of the following:
A. Place of origin

B. Type of pathogen (e.g., virus, bacteria, eukaryotic parasite)
C. Time frame/rapidity and extent of spread
