Case Study: Project Management

This is a case study that takes you through all aspects of project management and provides a good overview of the course. You are to focus on the following statement:

“The focus of this case study centers on construction. However, the project has served to bring to light many of Woody’s management short-comings and the need for change. Can you spot the real source of the problems and what needs to be done to fix them? Your task is to show how you would run this project properly from the beginning.”

To assist you, look at the Project Appraisal pages at the end of the Case study and develop a four to five page essay of what you believe are the sources of problems and how you would fix them.
