The multiculturalism and diversity that our country offers are subdued by the advancements of systematic racism that has been in embedded in the American life and social structure. This systematic racism has permeated every aspect of the legal, economic, and educational system in America. To defeat this system of systematic and institutional racism then a major social movement must take place that addresses radical social change, communication of multicultural education, and reforms to the legal system.
