1. The experiment was about looking at different areas in Poland, specifically in Silesian region, where air pollution measuring systems were placed. http://powietrze.katowice.wios.gov.pl here is the link to website where you can see the exact results of the measurements. 2. The areas that I want to include are: Katowice, Zabrze, Sosnowiec, Rybnik, Bielsko­Biała, Ustroń, Tychy and Gliwice. Note that Katowice is there twice and the results of both of these has to be recorded!! 3. These measurements indicate the pollution with specific substances and the investigation is about checking these areas for 10 objects for each area (objects­trees) and how does it affect the growth of mosses and lichens. 4. How to do it? Simply take the address from the website and paste it in google maps. Then you can see the pictures taken if you use the "yellow person". I would like you to base the data of development and growth from these photos.Then as you have the photo you estimate the width and height of the mosses and lichens so that the approximate surface area can be deducted. The surface area is the final result per object. If you will find any of these areas impossible to find on the google maps, please inform me and I will do my best to provide you with necessary pictures of the trees. 5. Note that the language used cannot be sophisticated and additionally the whole from needs to be meet the requirements of the EXTENDED ESSAY.
